Over the course of 41 years (and counting) there are few areas that Ken Sockett has not been exposed to. He has helped clients in numerous criminal cases, and a variety of litigation matters, including personal injury, family law, and civil claims.

Damien completed his Bachelor of Arts with MacEwan University in 2013, majoring in Philosophy and Sociology, and thereafter completed his Juris Doctor with the University of Alberta in 2016. He completed his articles with the firm in September of 2017 and continues to practice with us.
Damien’s practice is primarily in litigation, including criminal, employment, construction and commercial. He also gained extensive experience in corporate/ commercial transactions and real estate prior to joining our office, and he maintains practice in those areas.
When Damien is not at the office, he spends most of his time with his wife and two sons.
